A high quality vehicle in excellent condition, with all the service and other important documents to hand. The car was as described. I know that I can go back to Lee and Gavin at any point if there is a problem; (something I do not expect) and with a comprehensive warranty included; I have complete peace of mind. I let Gavin know I had a problem with my car and he took care of it. He sent the car to Jaguar specialists who repaired the fault. I am grateful to Gavin for all the help he gave me. After searching for my first car for about two weeks, I finally came across a nice all rounder from Westwood dealers. Me and a few of my family members went along to view it casually, and had a really great / honest experience. We didn't feel pressured on arrival, they let us take our time to look at the car and even give it a test drive.

I messed up on the insurance and accidentally made the start date later on in the week rather than the same day.. Steve and Lee jumped to the offer of delivering the car to my door just a day later, which was more than I could ask for. They even have the car a wash even though it was already pretty clean.

Just really nice staff and are always at the end of the phone, happy to help even after purchasing. I've had the car under a month, but it's lovely, I've had loads of compliments even from people that usually look for fault in things. There has been no signs of any issues. Helps that my uncle is a mechanic, he can't fault the car at all!

Despite a problem and misunderstanding with a finance company, we managed to get this deal done. It was worth travelling 150 miles for a car. I recently brought a VW Tiguan from Westwood cars and I cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish Lee was so friendly and helpful. We were given plenty of time to look at the car when we visited and went for a test drive. The car was in such good condition, all paperwork was in order and it drives really lovely. Upon receiving the vehicle it was noticed only one key was sent, they quickly arranged for a locksmith to visit and produce and code the key. Great communication and would definitely recommend! Really professional, honest and helpful garage run by lovely people. Buying a car from a garage is always a worry but rest assured these guys will look after you. Having bought my car a few minor issues arose (which is completely out of their hands and simply expected from a 2nd hand car)- however everything was sorted in a timely manner and they did everything to get things resolved. If they happen to sell the next car I am looking for I will definitely be coming back!

If this isn't 5 star service I don't know what is! I phoned on Thursday about 4 times with various questions about a Volvo XC60, each time the guys were so helpful and honest (and patient!) On the Friday morning I decided the car was the best out of a selection I had been researching and I phoned to see if there was any way they could deliver the car to me the same day. They were with me the very same morning, the car immaculate and with plenty of petrol. Westwood Car and Commercial have been excellent, their customer service is exemplary and some of the best I've ever experienced. I purchased the car without seeing it in person (it's a new world now), with the delivery and handover being straightforward. Questions about the car were answered quickly, and a walk around video provided.
In the first week of ownership the car started presenting some issues, which having gone into Hyundai under warranty it was flagged that quite a few other issues needed addressing immediately. In summary there was some things covered by Hyundai, but quite a bit that wasn't. Things including brakes and tyres could have left me with a large bill to cover, but Westwood didn't quibble about sorting it under their warranty. The team were quick to respond, helpful with arranging garage work and cover costs, as well as remaining well humoured throughout. I imagine many other garages would have been grumpy and unwilling to help from the start, as some previous experiences have taught me.
I honestly recommend Westwood wholeheartedly, their staff are willing to help above and beyond with a friendly and professional attitude.
I only wish they were local to me, as I would consider buying from them in future.

I just brought a used car from these guys and have to say the service has been great. The rear leather seats had indentations from the previous owners child seats which to my amazement they were able to get out and they also sprayed the rear wing as there was a scratch and finished by giving the car a full polish. Looks fantastic and highly recommended them!

Looking for a specific car and found what I was looking for at Westwood Car & Commercial. Was going to use a broker to find me a car finance company, but after speaking to Gavin on the phone he explained that they could arrange the finance through them and it could be arranged in a very short time. All I needed to do was fill out a short online application, which took less than 10min. Within 15 min of sending the application, I received a phone call from Gavin saying everything has been approved and would be able to come down and complete the deal and drive away same day. I went the following day and was dealt with by Steve, very friendly and engaging, no hard selling, answered all questions, even went to the trouble of sending one of his colleagues to the post office to tax the car for me. All paperwork was there ready to sign, the car was in immaculate condition just as shown in picture, after a look round and test drive I was happy to sign and complete the deal. I would definitely recommend and use them on my next purchase.

Refreshingly different dealership
I didn't even know Westwood Car & Commercial was virtually on my doorstep until i saw an ad for a VW Golf via Autotrader. Far more professional than the several other dealers that i'd visited over the previous couple of weeks. Top end vehicles at decent prices. Nice modern office / reception area. Most notable though was the exceptional customer experience. Gavin and Lee really do go above and beyond, not just with their customer care but the attention to detail applied to the cars they sell. When i initially turned up to view the car, i was able to really have a good look over it with absolutely no pressure or interference from pushy salespeople like other businesses. Both Gavin and Lee, whilst very professional, have a non pushy, laid back approach. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a high end presteige vehicle. I will definately be returning next time one of my family are ready to upgrade a vehicle. Top work gents.

Unrivalled car sales experience
Bought a BMW 420d from Steve over a month ago and I am over the moon with the vehicle. The buying experience was excellent, Steve sent me couple video walk arounds of the car pointing out small blemishes like stone chips etc. Which is normal for a vehicle at 7 years old. Throughout the whole buying experience Steve was very professional and truthful. First time I bought a vehicle via internet without seeing it in the flesh due to covid restrictions. At the beginning I was very anxious but Steve's professional attitude put me at rest and I took a leap of faith. In the end it all paid off the vehicle was delivered at a agreed date and it was in the exact same condition as described over the phone. I did just over 2k miles in the car and it didn't miss a beat. All is perfect. Thank you Steve for the amazing buying experience. Wishing you and your team all the best.

I was reluctant to go and buy a car as I don't have much experience doing this myself. I was glad to have found these guys, the service was amazing, they have a good approach, not pushy, easy to ask questions to and so very helpful. They talked me through all the workings of the car I went to see and made buying it very easy. I love my new car, I've had it for 2 months now and it drives perfectly. To be able to find an honest car dealer was enough for me, but they even offer free nationwide delivery, AA breakdown cover and 3 months warranty, what more could you ask for? Their stock of cars were all immaculate, when I buy my next car, I'm definitely going back, I would certainly recommend going here to anyone. Thank you for all your help guys.

Steve was brilliant. He couldn't have helped us anymore. We travelled 3.5hours to the garage and had a little problem with getting the insurance sorted to drive home. Steve tried what he could to help us out but unfortunately the car was 6months too old. Overall great service and a really friendly garage would highly recommend. Also the car is in mint condition ¿¿
